Finding–Exhibition

Exhibition of works by 8 students and 3 lecturers on the BA Jewellery Design course, made in response to the Foundling Hospital Collection and funded by Share Academy and the Arts Council.

Marc Monzo flew in from Barcelona and gave an account of his inspiration, process and witty and economical works. Amongst other things, he spoke about his fascination with small things, objects that are incomplete and his collection of plastic objects.

Marloes ten Bhömer, RCA graduate and now research fellow at Kingston University, gave a great lecture today giving an account of her research and process for designing shoes. The work resulting from her Stanley Picker Fellowship were shown in an exhibition called A Measurable Factor Sets The Conditions Of Its Operation.

Having been announced as the winner of the Freedom at Topshop’s collaboration with CSM BAJD earlier this year, Evie Armstong Clarke’s success has continued to steadily rocket over the past few months.

She has been interviewed and profiled by i-D, Harper’s Bazaar, Time Out, The Independent and the BBC to name but a few!
